Click on this link to update the registered phone number. You will be redirected to the Kotak Securities website login page.
Enter your respective user ID and password for www.kotaksecurities.com and 'Do not enter the Access Code'
Note - The login ID and password for the Neo mobile app and Kotak Securities website - www.kotaksecurities.com are not the same.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to see the below screen along with a pop up that says OTP has been sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
- In the "Cell" field, enter the phone number you wish to update.
- Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and email address.
- Under "Implement changes on my", choose trading account or DP account or both and click on Confirm.
Note: if you make any changes in DP profile Rs. 49/- + GST will be charged as DP profile Updation fee.
